FAQ: What Is Your Return Policy?

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. To start a return, fill out our support form. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Damaged, defective, or wrong items should be reported immediately. Certain items, such as perishable goods and personalized items, cannot be returned. Exchanges can be made by returning the item and making a separate purchase. Refunds will be issued once the return is received and approved.
